I cannot recommend Le Voyage Packer & Movers highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.
The two gentlemen who handled the packing and moving were incredibly hardworking, professional, and efficient. They treated every item with great care, packed everything meticulously, and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make our move as smooth and stress free as possible.
What really stood out was that they didn’t simply unload the truck. They carefully carried each item into its designated room exactly as requested, ensuring everything was placed where it belonged. This made settling into our new home so much easier and saved us an enormous amount of time and effort.
A special thank you also to the gentleman overseeing the move. His organisation, attention to detail, and leadership ensured everything ran seamlessly from beginning to end. It was clear he genuinely cared about providing excellent service and making sure everything met the highest standard.
The entire team was punctual, respectful, friendly, and exceptionally hardworking. It’s rare to come across a company that delivers on every promise, but Le Voyage exceeded all of our expectations. A week after my first below review that was by far not only frustrating as you describe it below but devastating. I am not sure what would your apologies that you wrote below as Levoyage team do or compensate the damage.
The apologies are not accepted. Can anyone believe that the same movers team came last weekend banging my door asking me to open as they want to settle the matter. Almost an attack.

Today I’m sharing new photos of valuable and expensive statues that came in broken into pieces, the cost of these are much more than the moving services they provided.
My latest experience with them started with high responsive approach, quick inspection visit following by promises that the move of my 2 big bedroom apartment to a new town house will be something they are expert in and that I am not supposed to worry about any thing, “just sit and relax sir “, the Manager who came promised to send 7 guys, 3 trucks and unlimited number of boxes and in that all job will done in one day.
Quotation followed the visit, I made a deposit and the date was decided ahead of time. They also assigned the supervisor who visited as well the flat at that time. The price was high and I never negotiated that in order to have the best promised care.
I was probably taken by the high rating on their reviews, but I am now quite sure it’s all done by them showing the 5 stars.
On the day of move, the guys came, and the first impression I got that there were surprised from the things they need to pack and move.
To cut long story short, none of my instructions was followed, they dumped everything, from house decorating items ( sensitive, glass, etc ) on top of each other without any attention to the fragile part of them. None was wrapped with bubble or paper just dumped in boxes.
I was almost frustrated because none of them could understand English and mainly the so called Supervisor Ahmed. The first day they didn't finish the Job and they had to come for the next day to continue with the worst attitude ever, showing me that this is too much job to do and too hard to remove and wrap things.
I stayed in old flat to make sure they take things properly, however I explained to them exactly in which room of the new house to place the boxes. I was still in the trust feeling but with doubts.
The description they write on boxes were misleading that didn’t even understand them, Hall C, Hall B, Corton ( for Curtains) and the list is long of unknown words.
The biggest shock was when I went to the new house, literally they just dumped the boxes and squeezed them all in 2 rooms to extend that on the room door I could not enter to reach the boxes at the end. And because bedrooms were on second floor these were the ones they did not use to store the boxes in as they realized they will need to go up the 10 stairs from down to up.
A very nice mix between my clothes, Christmas tree, lamps and lights pieces of furniture were all mixed up in the 2 rooms down stairs of the new town house. I spent 2 days looking for my personal items.
They did not even put my clothes, beddings, etc in the bedrooms.
It’s been a week now and I am still looking for my items inside their Boxes.
They kept complaining about how tough the job was as they were targeting an amount of tip for 7 guys that can compensate their job, which is supposed to be their job in the first place.
The final result is a disaster from all aspects. I wish I could complain to higher entities against them due to the damage they caused to me.
I don’t recommend this company to remove trash from street as the result of removing trash would be worse than the trash itself.
This was a real ripoff.
It’s not that I don’t recommend this company ONLY but also not to even took into the possibility of checking their website or services.
What a shame they are still in business claiming 5 stars services. A person can easily see reality when comparing my photos with photos they posted from other clients that they claimed the 5 stars scoring.

This team of guys were nothing short of amazing, super friendly, exceptionally efficient, very very professiona, came with full packing materials and tidied up when finishedl. Nothing you asked was to much trouble, and full care of furniture taken. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, if you are looking for a removal company trust me these are the guys.
